The customer, and not the company, shall bear the cost of returning the package, as well as the shipping cost for the new package, except where the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective product).
The cases that the returns are been allowed are the following:
(a) incorrectly or damaged product
in case that the product which has been delivered is against your order or damaged you can return it back to us in ten (10) days from the day of the delivery. You must inform the Company of your decision to cancel the contract by telephone 25120 33200 (9am-2pm Monday until Saturday).
(b) the right of withdrawal (E.U. countries)
You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented with the Greek Law 2251/1994 all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products you ordered.
The product return is acceptable only if the product is unharmed (it has not been worn or corrupted). The customer, and not the Company, shall bear the cost of returning the package
In every case we recommend you return the product with registered package with confirmed value the real value of the product, to avoid the danger of package loss.

(d) money return
In case of product return your money will be returned within 30 days from the delivery of the product from our company, as long as has not been used (has not been wore and has not been tampered), with their special tags in place and has been accompanied by the retail price receipt.
