In addition, this e-shop is intended for all internet users who visit the website, make use of the online services or order and purchase products through the e-shop by means of distance online order, provided that the Company has sufficient stock.

Placing an order and acceptance of your order

Order of products and consumer protection

Payment methods
The prices of the products are always calculated in Euros and include VAT (24% for Greece, 19% for Cyprus). Acceptable payment methods at our e-shop are the following:
- Cash on delivery upon the receive of the ordered products to the address you have suggested (only for domestic orders within Greece and Cyprus). Payments on delivery is acceptable for all products except for suitcases.

Our e-Shop, dermatina100.gr, offers the highest security of transactions, using the Winbank paycenter of Peiraeus Bank to complete each payment. The card details, their confirmation, preapproval of payment and final charge are recorded in Peiraeus Bank secure environment (SSL 128 bit encryption). We do not store the data related to your card, therefore next time you wish to pay by using the same card, you must enter your card data again.
Product Shipping
Our e-Shop, dermatina100.gr, offers FREE shipping for orders above 40€ (for orders of lower value there is an additional fee of 5€) and up to 10Kg for all products in the Greek territory.
Free shipping of products does not apply to wholesale sales (B2C).
The delivery time as well as delivery charges for Cyprus and third countries vary depending on the timescale of the cooperating courier company.
Where the supply of your product is delayed for reasons beyond our control (for example, force majeure, import delays) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
If an order for specific reasons cannot be completed, dermatina100.gr will contact the customer to clarify whether the customer wishes to complete it.
You can check the delivery status by the Tracking Number in the order confirmation email, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.
Returns

The customer, and not the company, shall bear the cost of returning the package, as well as the shipping cost for the new package, except where the return is due to our fault (e.g. defective product).
The cases that the returns are been allowed are the following:
(a) incorrectly or damaged product
in case that the product which has been delivered is against your order or damaged you can return it back to us in ten (10) days from the day of the delivery. You must inform the Company of your decision to cancel the contract by telephone 25120 33200 (9am-2pm Monday until Saturday).
For your convenience, instructions are provided for the best care and maintenance of your leather product, which can be found here. It is clarified that these instructions are indicative and have an advisory character, while we urge you to seek specialized service for any issues you may encounter. In any case, the proper care and maintenance of the leather product is your responsibility.
(b) the right of withdrawal (E.U. countries)
You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented with the Greek Law 2251/1994 all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products you ordered.
The product return is acceptable only if the product is unharmed (it has not been worn or corrupted). The customer, and not the Company, shall bear the cost of returning the package.
In every case we recommend you return the product with registered package with confirmed value the real value of the product, to avoid the danger of package loss.
(c) order cancellation

(d) money return
In case of product return your money will be returned within 30 days from the delivery of the product from our company, as long as has not been used (has not been wore and has not been tampered), with their special tags in place and has been accompanied by the retail price receipt.
